It was a long shot, but I agree it was their best shot at that point. Hell, the way the play was going they would have dropped the ball 3 more times on the way to home plate.

Ugh. I really need to get cable or direct tv or sth. I bought one of those antennas so I could watch the world series but only got like two channels to come in. 😕

Yeah I have a pretty good certainty that we will be speaking of Bumgarner's postseason heroics to our children and grandchildren someday. I mean, he's officially walked up to a new plateau. Just legendary.

I have profound respect for the Giants. But it's hard to describe how disappointed I am on a gut level. I take this baseball stuff too seriously perhaps.
