Needs more Deal. My least favorite of the Pixies' original releases, but it's still pretty good.

I love the noisy mess that is this record and for the longest time it was my favorite Pixies release. Not sure if it still is or not but I still love it; shows moments of brilliance that would carry over to Teenager of the Year.

Well, thanks to Indie Cindy, this can no longer be called the worst.
I've warmed to it quite a lot, but there is some atrocious stuff on here. D=RxT should've been the closer, I don't like any of the songs that follow it; in fact, I think "Navajo" is their worst song that isn't on Indie Cindy. Really anticlimactic end to the discography of one of the greatest bands ever. Who would've thought it'd have been for the better if they DIDN'T release anything after this?
Of the first four, definitely my least favourite, though again I've warmed to it a lot and I rate it rather highly.

I can't remember it. It's probably good, though.

This has often been my favorite Pixies album along with Come On Pilgrim, Surfer Rosa and Doolittle. Black Francis overhauls their classic sound for this a little bit after the minor disappointment that was Bossanova, and it sounds incredibly fresh and different c/w the rest of their canon. The opening three songs on this platter du jour can't be beat.

So your favourite is everything except Bossanova (Indie Cindy doesn't count)? You really differentiate.
I've always struggled with this one. I prefer Surfer Rosa and Doolittle. _________________ Finnegan was super bad-ass.
