When I want to add an album to my chart once I enter the artist name some suggestions will appear which is very helpful. But if I already have one or more albums of from this artist already on the chart I still can see them on the suggestion list. So, I may end up adding the same album again to the chart (and I don't receive any message that the album already exists in the chart).
So, it will be helpful to deactivate selection of an album from the suggestion list, if it is already on the chart (same as the albums which are not on the same year or decade)
Moreover an error massage for duplicate entry could also be handy.
