I'm new here and making my first chart. I have an album that I'm trying to add but for some reason it will not accept them. Just why is The Siegel-Schwall Band not considered a viable entry?

Just type the name of the artist into the artist section when making your chart, then click "click to allow this artist into your chart" then do the same thing for the album.

Did that. Still would't take it. I even searched them and no go. If you would like to try the name of the band is The Siegel-Schwal Band. I would be quite happy if someone could get it to work. It took the name of the album "Where We Walked" but not the name of the band.
