"I'm a late bloomer when it comes to Tool. 10,000 Days became one of my most listened to albums last year as I finally was able to latch on to their music and appreciate it as a listener, not just musician.

Then my discovery of AEnima happened. I didn't put it away for months. There have been few albums I've been obsessed with in my life as much as AEnima. Danny Carey's drumming has influenced my playing in a way I can say only few others have. Maynard's vocals are powerful, memorable, and beautiful. The songs and arrangements are engulfing, the production is next to immaculate, and even the filler interlude songs serve purpose and help the album flow.
