How it works: Take two albums from different artists, then throw them into my magical music fusing device to create a new beast of an album that contains the musical flavours of both. What chocolate-peanut butter combos of complimentary musical ideas can you come up with? Give a name and description too if you feel like.

Remain in the Court of the Crimson Light
Soaring ostentatious vocals over a bed of Medieval chants and intricate polyrithms full of mellotron stabs, pattering drums and flute trills.

(Talking Heads - Remain in Light / King Crimson - In the Court of the Crimson King)

I'm gonna start with the most obvious one imaginable:

Nevermind The Bollocks, Here's In Bleachtero
Kurt has too many energy drinks during the recording of the next Nirvana album, so the music becomes happy, yet incredibly generic.

Neon Wall (Arcade Fire - Neon Bible / Pink Floyd - The Wall)

Thick low end sound and a clamor of pipe organs underpin searing Gilmour guitar solos and cries of anguish and madness as the story is told of Pink, a God-fearing rock star in post 9/11 America.

Born Sandy Disinteration

A folk/country gem that touches on the themes of loss and loneliness through atmospheric musicality and heartfelt Australian undertones.
