"One of the most underrated and overlooked albums of the sixties. John Sebastian was one of the best songwriters of the era and there are some excellent songs here,(although a bit inconsistent as a whole), especially the absolutely brilliant, summer in the city, one of the great songs of the time." Long Fin Kille was an incredible band that diddnt really get the publicity they deserved, they were a little bit too ahead of the Times Music wise, had they came around maybe 4-5 years later they probably would have..." "I find this alum really bland and repetitive. I liked Don Cab 2, it seemed really innovative and dynamic, but this seems like lots of the same thing repeated with little variation for 5 or so minutes at a time. Also, the whole happy vibe doesnt really fit well with the genre, at least to me" Reply
