"An album very much of it's time sonically, electronics and sound effects. Vocals aren't great but that's not really the point I suppose. E=mc2 is a great track, the rest are OK. Not bad, for an old fella like me it helps recall the 80's but probably not likely to set anyone elses pulse racing." Reply

"Great variety on this one. Two Great Heavy Rockers with "O Baby" and "Big Fat Mama", Two Great Ballads with the Slow, Gentle Blues " Unspoken Words" and the Gorgeous "All The Reasons", Prog Rock Stoner, with excellent three-part harmonies, " A Year", A Stomping, thunderous version of "Roadhouse B..." "I greatly prefer the parts of the album that sound closer to rock n' roll than country. But I think fans of Jenny Lewis should be satisfied with the content." Reply

"Roky Erickson is on four of the eleven tracks, Tommy Hall is on one. It's like the Rolling Stones without Mick Jagger or Keith Richards. There are people who say this is their favorite Elevators album. There are people who will say anything." Reply
