Sure he can, since they're not technically HIS songs. Paul Simon was the writer and composer - Art only sang. In fact, on Sounds of Silence he sang harmony, not even lead vocals. So there's nothing wrong with him including those songs if he feels they're worthy of it. And Bridge Over Troubled Water is certainly a worthy song for consideration. _________________ <(: @ >
