hahaha that was my first favorite song too!

Haha, believe it or not I kept humming a part of that song when I was a kid (obviously I loved it!), without having a clue as to who it was performing it. When I suddenly heard the song again last year, I was like "WTF! It was The Beach Boys all along?!?!?!" Very Happy

My dad was a big music buff, so "albums back to front" were pretty much all we listened to. The first albums I remember listening to straight through, though? Hmm... well, here are the contenders, I guess:

Clash, The - Combat Rock
Cure, The - Disintegration
Janes Addiction - Nothing's Shocking
Jesus & Mary Chain - Psychocandy
Les Miserables - Dream Cast In Concert; 10th Anniversary
Smashing Pumpkins - Mellon Collie & The Infinite Sadness
Smiths, The - The Smiths
XTC - Skylarking

Pretty sure Frankie Teardrop was playing during my birth.

The first front to back listening of an album that I distinctly remember is Abbey Road.

It's The White Album for me.
