Can you elaborate on this "cutting trees" move? Maybe a video or something. I've been to several thrash metal shows and I'm not quite sure what dance move you're referring to.

Aww, I see. Two-hand method here. Anyway, I've never seen anyone do that here. Must be a regional thing.

Brilliant, obviously. I slightly prefer Unknown Pleasures, but my love for both albums is limitless.

This.

Unknown Pleasures is slightly above Closer, both are in my top 50, both are masterpieces.

This album makes me experience the entire spectrum of emotions simultaneously, and every one of them in the best possible way. There is simply nothing bad to say about it.

Actually, I just thought about it, and I can't come up with a terribly valid reason why I'm not listening to this album right now. I'll fix that shortly.

Horrid album which ripped off Editors' album The Back Room (which is vastly superior in any way, shape, or form. Objectively speaking that is)

How utterly hilarious.

I used to hate Closer, thought it was far too slow and ponderous, with none of the urgency of stuff like Disorder or Digital which to me show Joy Division in the mode I enjoy them best. Upon repeated listens however, I realized that this is what makes it so good.

Brilliant album, and the saddest one I have ever heard.
