My favorite Aerosmith album. These guys aren't the Stones or Zep, but they're still worthy of recognition. Yes, they are run-of-the-mill dadrock, but c'mon guys, don't limit yourselves.

Aerosmith reputation suffers because their late-90s and 00s work is goofy and bloated. Steven Tyler fell in love with the power-ballad and resorted to hired-gun songwriters. No wonder Joe Perry got sick of him. However, their 80s and early 90s comeback work is solid, and their 70s pre-burnout work is great. Don't judge this album because of what they are today. Rocks deserves to be recognized as best Aerosmith... it's a great rock album.

Good album . Back In The Saddle and Last Child are two of Aerosmith's best songs.
