I know Glenn Branca's already been mentioned, but you can't go wrong with the one and only Theoretical Girls 7", which (this track anyway) sounds like a Talking Heads track played by a mad kid with a Bontempi organ:

I'd also consider ESG to be 'no-wave', although the naysayers might call them post-punk. Whatever - essential listening all the same:
