21 or 13 points?

They actually have 13. Any reason? Are there hidden charts or something? Correct me if I'm wrong, but i thought hidden charts didn't count toward the rating.

I think it's related to the amount of year charts it appears in, 13 points plus 0.5 for each of the 16 year charts gives 21. I may be wrong but it makes sense to me...

Edit: Nevermind, miscounted due to lack of sleep, I still reckon it's something to with the amount of charts it's in though.

As sp4cetiger mentioned, it's a rounding/presentation issue. The scores are only displayed to the nearest integer on BEA, but behind the scenes they are calculated using decimals. I'll look at altering the presentation, to display perhaps one decimal place on the album pages.
