How do you rate the best albums of the year?
The idea is, you have your own personal tournament of the best album of every year (per BEA reankings), 1951-2014 (that's 64 years). Pairs are 32 years apart, groups of 4 are 16 years apart, and so on.
It's a basic tournament bracket, filled in all at once by you.
Note: the Region and Group identifiers make sense if you understand binary and hexadecimal math. 1951 = 0x79F

He's only using albums that are #1 for the year for the past 64 years according to BEA's overall. I just checked, and his favorite album is ranked #11 best of the year it was released on BEA's overall, so it wasn't included in the bracket.
