Day 8: An ideal ringtone song
Here Comes the Sun by...
I couldn't find the original song anywhere, it seems they deleted a lot of Beatles videos and songs from the tube (wtf)
anyway this song has been my ringtone since 2012, I love how it starts and it's so joyful, it makes me happy.

Day 9: The most recent song to be seriously stuck in your head
Mitski - I Bet on Losing Dogs
Flogging a dead horse going with Mitski again...this song is so touching Anxious

Day 10: A song you'd like to play at your wedding (or a favorite that you already did play at your wedding)
Verranno A Chiederti Del Nostro Amore -... De Andrè

I guess that many of u don't speak italian but this song is amazing, Fabrizio is amazing...and u can feel it.
This song speaks about love and hypocrisy, probably nobody would choose this song for a wedding but not me, it helps to keep my eyes wide open...
I don't want to write down a translation here but I can pm a "paraphrase" if u are interested Smile

A Forest by the Cure because I discovered it through him

Day 5: A song for summer
Cybele's reverie - Stereolab
Bliss

Day 6: A song you like from a movie or TV show you like
Ramona - Beck
Incridible how ramona used to be my favorite song of all time, these days I even forget it is glued to my phone's library, maybe because I put it as alarm clock, NEVER EVER DO THAT TO YOUR BELOVED SONG, Antonio's advice. Also the whole Scott Pilgrim OST is worth checking out (Includes: Beck, Cornelius, and fuckin Broken social scene as that punk band)

Day 7: A song that reminds you of childhood
Dakota - Stereophonics
This reminds me of my nights playing PES in my bedroom, trying to figure out how to deal with my team with only 5 million bucks, the players even wanted a raise, loved those nights, miss those nights.

Day 8: An ideal ringtone song
Caesars - Jerk It Out
If I was a businessman after a long day, and having strawberry milkshake this would be the perfect match.

Day 9: The most recent song to be seriously stuck in your head
Drunk Drivers/Killer Whales - Car Seat Headrest
KILLER WHAAAAAALES
KILLER WHAAAAAAALES
OOOOOOOOOOOOOH OOOOOOOOOOOH
AAAAAAAAH AAAAAAAAAH AH AH AH

Day 10: A song you'd like to play at your wedding (or a favorite that you already did play at your wedding)
Where Damage Isn't Already Done - The Radio Dept.
If I ever manage to find my perfect soul mate, this will be playing while we dance on the room, some mixed 60s and robot dance, damn, dreams will never happen ;-;

Day 11: A song you'd like played at your funeral
V. Universe - Mount Eerie

Day 11: A song you'd like played at your funeral
The Lakes of Pontchartrain - Be Good Tanyas

I was going to choose a classical song but no...I decided I want a country funeral with this beautiful version of "The Lakes of Pontchartrain".
ps: geez their accent, I didn't know Canadians could sound like that Laughing
I love it btw, please send the Good Tanyas to my funeral!

missed a few days, just gonna stick to the ones I hit now tho

Day 12: A song that makes you want to dance
T++ - Dig
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=516f-Xg2m_I

The way this is put together with all sorts of weirdness to different elements is so great. But it still is steady and an easy to follow groove, with enough umph to make you want to follow. or at least that's how it is for me.

Day 13: A song for winter
Jetone - Aerial Red
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wx7FTar2KXA

There's something about the sound of this Tim Hecker tech house side project that just makes me think of cold air. Like the air in the recording is itself cold.
