Not counting OK Computer, it would be a three-way between The Boatman's Call, The Colour And The Shape and Time Out Of Mind.

In my book it's a tie between Ok Computer and Time out of mind.
But I can see myself in the future still deeply moved by TOOM and maybe -just maybe- OKC far behind. Time will tell.

I find Ok Computer a little overrated, and even I know that Ok Computer deserves to easily dominate this list
