I was going to say every tour U2 has released a live concert film, and I was entertained by all of them (last one I saw was the 360 one).
Let It Be was interesting. The Beatles best of release with all their music videos. Yellow Submarine was just terrible. The Ed Sullivan Show is fun.
R.E.M. has a couple interesting ones.
The Doors live at hollywood bowl.
Nirvana Reading and Paramount films (I dislike their live albums, but watching it was a totally different thing).
I second Gimme Shelter. My dad was at that concert.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SOUL TRAIN

Without any doubt Stop Making Sense: I think I've seen it three times and it was the only three times I saw people getting up and dancing in front of the movie screen.

i love how he gets into his music. on the video, it was like he was dancing with his keyboards.

Queen-live at wembley stadium 1986
there are many queen concerts, but this is the one that beats them all.
queen just finished touring for a year and a half. they were at the top of their game. they were the hottest ticket; selling out all over the world.
they came to london and played 2 sold out shows at the original wembley stadium.
no one had ever sold out wembley 2 nights in a row.
if you like queen, you will love this concert.
Freddie goes all out and shows the world why he was the best frontman ever.
a must watch!!!
Iron Maiden flight 666
Iron Maiden's world tour takes them around the globe in their own specially appointed airplane, piloted by lead singer Bruce Dickinson. He is a captain and flies for british airways.
Through India, Australia, Japan, USA, Canada, Mexico and South America. Features interviews with the musicians, their road crew and fans.
This video is unbelieveable. these guys sell out stadiums with 200,000 people like it was nothing.
Everyone around the world knows the music so well that the crowds sing through the whole concert.
If your not an iron maiden fan, you will be after you watch this video.
This is a must watch. YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE. EVERYONE AROUND THE WORLD IS A DISCIPLE OF IRON MAIDEN.
You will want a pair of ear plugs next to you, because the volume is going way up on this video. The sound is really good.

Would have to be the Last Waltz for me. Scorsese. Every performer on stage with The Band. Hilight: Clapton losing his guitar strap and Robbie taking advantage of the solo!
The Cure - Trilogy. Just brings back memories of when I had seen them at their best (3 times) in the nineties. _________________ The sun gets passed from tree to tree

Glad to see The cure get a mention.
I love The Cure in Orange. I have the live DVD but I had to get it sent from Australia.
Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii is pretty special too.
Also Bowie's Ziggy Stardust concert film - the famous one.
