Yeah - oddly enough I've only ever had my Orb LPs on vinyl, although I had the Blue Room CD single back in the day. One of the first I bought if I remember, from Woolworths of all places (although I got the second one with the radio edit and the Mad Professor remix of Towers Of Dub)

The original, non-LP, non-edited track lasts 39:58, coming in at 2 seconds short so that it wasn't classified as an album and therefore qualified for the UK Singles Chart. Regardless, it's a magnificent track.

Yeah but what format was it? Was it a 12in? Was it two sides of a 12in? or one side of a 12in? It couldnt have been a 7 inch vinyl 45 RPM. What was it?

One track of a CD, two sides of a 12" played at 33rpm. There was a 7" IIRC with a 4 minute radio edit.

Ok. Got ya.

I know. It's great. I forgot all about it somehow.

I feel a little guilty about it, but it's my favorite Donna Summer song. Once when I was a kid and it was on the radio, the DJ played the sound of a toilet flushing right after the end of the track.
