My guess is that highly ranked albums reliably show up "prominently in member charts in the previous 24 hours", no matter what day it is, which means they'll be selected as album of the day as soon as the "x day period" (three years) has passed. So I just checked the next album of the day three years ago (04/23/2015) and it was Feels by Animal Collective. Hence my prediction, which turned out to be correct. Following on that, I'm betting we get Thriller tomorrow, Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots a couple days after that, and so on. |

No doubt this is an overall stronger album, but my favorite Clash songs are on Sandinista. I always wished you could take the two albums of London Calling and the three albums of Sandinista and make the ultimate two-disc album by combining them. That would be awesome.

OMG true, I think that he should open a stock exchange and bets thread on this forum. I am sure albummaster will agree if he is as certain as on the album of the day predictions
