Her voice is absolutely beautiful and I love the instrumentation/arrangements on this album. Little gem in my book that reminds me of The Joshua Tree.

I like many of these renditions better than the originals, especially sweet jane.

the cowboy junkies- the trinity session is their best album by far.
Most of their music is very good but this album is very close to a masterpiece. its glorious.
Recorded in a church basement, margo timmins soft voice is mesmerizing.
on the album she sings a variety of songs by patsy cline, velvet underground and hank williams.
Lou Reed would be proud of her "sweet jane" performance.
