I mean, technically you can get some at any point but they're imported from other countries and are grown in hot houses. I don't mind that they're grown that way but they are kind of tasteless. |
Yeah fair, eating seasonally is a great idea. I'm actually going to a region in Spain that's one of the biggest importers of oranges this summer and I'm ready to have my socks knocked off compared to the dried up pappy ones sat in cargo ships that we get.

Oh snapple, forgot my favorite thread existed. What oddity can I share today? Well, I'm trying to go on a poor man's sugar cleanse. I've been drinking at least two sodas a day for a month and I'm really starting to feel it now. I feel groggy so I'm gonna step back from it. Also fixed my truck's water pump with my pops and drove it to a local record store, had gas station pizza, had a five minute crush at a wendy's cashier and had a sprite and root beer......... Shit.

What happened May 24th????
All of a sudden we had nearly 10,000 people on the boards? Wasn't the last 'record'... like... incredibly lower. Did I miss something?
