La Grange is the first song I ever heard by them. I think it's awesome.

Far and away ZZ's best album; way better than was came either before or after. Their peak, big time.
La Grange is not only one of their most beloved songs, but also one of the greatest riffs in rock history.
But what always gets me is the sort of twofer opening of Waitin' for the Bus/Jesus Just Left Chicago, my all time favorite such coupling, even ahead of Zep's Heartbreaker/Livin' Lovin Maid and waaaayyyy ahead of Queen's We Will Rock You/We are the Champions

Hot, Blue And Righteous is one badass track.
I'll still take Deguello over this one any day. _________________ May we all get to heaven

Great track. Actually they are both fantastic albums and I have both rated too low as I listen to both fairly often. As far as the UK goes I think they are quite misunderstood. There's more to them than Eliminator.

I discovered this album looking at the Rolling Stone list of 500 Greatest Albums about 12 years ago. It's a corker. Totally riff-tastic. I agree with Graeme. It's not so well-known in the UK as Eliminator and Afterburner. Same applies to Springsteen. He always had a following in the UK but he never really became huge in the UK till the 80's with Born In The USA. It was in the 80's that both artists started having top 10 hit singles.
