Go to the album you want to look up, scroll down to the bottom and you will see 5 stars. Drag your mouse to how many stars you would give it and done.
Same goes for tracks.
Also keep in mind there's a difference between a rating and a ranking. Ratings are the stars and ranking is how you vote for an album with your charts.
