Excellent, seminal album. Groundbreaking and full of variety structurally, sonically, and stylistically. There is much goodness here.

I really like Amon Dull II but honestly I need to listen to this one again and give it a proper listen because I've not heard it as much as some of their others. Wolf City is my favorite because of how diverse it is.

Most definitely their best album, and probably the best krautrock album of all. Fluid, passionate, and even mysterious, Yeti incorporated exotic influences into rock as very few have done. The first half especially is a genuine masterpiece.
If you adore Yeti, you need to check out three albums from 1990s Seattle band Sky Cries Mary:
- A Return to the Inner Experience (not listed on-site but would be definitely on my top n of the 1990s)
- This Timeless Turning (the greatest rock album of the 1990s and adds new influences to the template of Amon Düül II)
- Moonbathing on Sleeping Leaves (not listed on-site but would be definitely on my top n of the 1990s)
