BEA user survey 2019

It's difficult to believe that it has been five years since the last BEA user survey was conducted, and the results of the last survey were very influential in terms of planning and prioritising new features and identifying issues with the site that sometimes get overlooked. This year has seen the introduction of a more mobile friendly layout, but there's still plenty of features waiting to be developed if there's demand for them. However, to prioritise these and to find out if there are any gaps, we wanted to ask the people here where they saw the most important areas for improvement, and generally pick up on how BEA is doing from a user's point of view.

The survey is anonymous, so you don't need to be logged in to BEA to use it, and we're not collecting email addresses, user names or anything! (unless you decide to volunteer this). The only motivation is to collect people's thoughts (if they have any they want to share) regarding the site, and BEA will use any feedback to help prioritise development & improve the site. The survey will close on 31st December (so no need to fill out straight away).
