Hi! I wanna start of by saying that I really appreciate this site and the work that's being put into it! It's perfect for ranking and keeping track of the albums you've listended to and of course finding new music.

Having said that, I've noticed it's not yet possible to create a decade chart for the 2020's and also when viewing the albums you have rated, the albums of the 2020's decade aren't listed. I'm sure this is intentional, but I'd just like to know when it will be possible to create charts for the new decade.
I'm sorry if this question has already been answered but I've looked all over this and the announcements forums and I couldn't find it.

Hi, thanks for feedback. 2020s decade charts will be possible to create from 2021 (a 2020s decade chart right now can only contain albums from 2020, so it'd effectively be a 2020 year chart).

Ok, and does the same go for the "ratings composition"? Will 2020s albums also be listed come 2021?

I'll just add that now... thanks for pointing out.

Apologies, just made a fix in the background. Might take a little while to filter through as some data is cached.

Overall charts that weren't updated in 2021 are not counted towards the overall score for albums that came out in the year 2020, which kind of falsifies their overall score, because it isn't like this with albums that came out in another year.

Also a question: When the 2020s decade charts are available, will you use the same algorythm as you do for the year charts (points increasing as the decade goes on) or will number one be worth 20 points immediately?

It’s like this every year. Last year, 2019 releases didn’t get points from overall charts until those charts had been updated in 2020.
