I'm watching Radiohead at Glastonbury in 1997 as part of BBC's coverage of classic sets. Taking me back...goosebumps on the opening track!!
Anyone got any other recommended sets to check out (looks to me like this one from Yorke an Co. might be the pick)?
Sorry-this is a BBC iPlayer thing so not sure if non UK folks can partake.
i'm a big fan of their 2006 bonnaroo performance, most famous for the greatest version of videotape ever, but it's really a great show all around. _________________ follow me on the bandcamp.
Thanks Craola. Sorry though-I meant recommended Glastonbury sets from other artists that I might be able to stream this weekend on iPlayer.
Might check out Radiohead at Bonaroo nonetheless! There is a lot of their stuff surfacing lately on YouTube so I think it's a good time to do some digging.
Goatprayer records are supporting anti-racism organizations by donating 100% of their earnings. 2 GBP for 20 underground metal releases. Only today, get it while it's hot. _________________ Finally updated the overall chart
Jack Antanoff produced the new Dixie Chicks (sorry, The Chicks) album??? Are him and Rostam just tag-teaming every single record these days? Is that why so many new "acclaimed" records have a really similar feel?
Apparently my testosterone thread was taken as offensive. I'd like to clarify that I never meant any offense. I got the idea from an article written a few years ago about video game covers with the same "testosterone" theme, so I was not trying to say anything offensive otherwise. As a man I post manly things, and that's all it was intended to be.
^^^ That is what I hate about online interaction, but then again, in person conversation may not be any different. Once something is out of a person's mouth, there is always going to be at least one person who automatically misconstrues what is put out there.
God bless you always!!!

Two artists have released albums this year with black and white cover art that prominently features hair and which also has a cover of Radiohead's "Weird Fishes/Arpeggi." Which is your favorite? Personally I think La Havas's is even better than the original...
(Mostly wanted to point out this coincidence, it almost feels like it was planned, especially since each titled their song with one half of the original song title.) _________________ And it's hard to be a human being. And it's harder as anything else.
