About album of the day: The BestEverAlbums.com album of the day is the album appearing most prominently in member charts in the previous 24 hours. If an album, or artist, has previously been selected within a x day period, the next highest album is picked instead (and so on) to ensure a bit of variety. A full history of album of the day can be viewed here.
A few tracks like New Genious and Man Research (that are still very great but not awe-inspiring) takes this otherwise quintessential album a tooth-step down from top-class, and it remains my 2nd favorite Gorillaz album after the obvious competition-destroying magnum opus Demon Days. _________________ My Top 100 :

The first album I was excited to find! Found in Exmouth market quite a while after getting Demon Days.
Slow Country and Starshine are such great tracks as are the singles. _________________ More needs and less greed
