Ahhh, the best album according to here and RYM and about 10k people around the world. This is my favorite Radiohead album obviously. For now, no songs are 100/100 but they are a solid chunk of 95s. As an album, it is one of my lowest 90/100s, but if there is an album that deserves its credit and I haven't gotten tired of hearing people talk about, it's OK Computer. I actually hope that RYM it stays number 1. _________________ My Top 100 :

I've gotta be honest... I never heard of this album before becoming a member of this site. I had heard of Radiohead, but knew none of their albums, just their huge hit "Creep." I was so surprised to see an album I'd never heard of at the #1 spot. Of course I was very curious to hear it. The first time I listened to the whole thing, I was so confused. I really thought, "This is the best album of all time?" I think I've listened to the whole thing at least twenty times since then, and now I get it. It's definitely an acquired taste, but I do appreciate it very much. It's not an album to listen to while you're multitasking; you have to sit down, press play, and do nothing else for the entire thing. I give it a 90/100. As for Radiohead, I do think they are a strong band, but are a bit overrated on this site. There are TONS of other bands that were coming out around the same time as Radiohead, and don't get nearly enough recognition. But that's a totally different conversation.

Obviously a fantastic record, but it's not even my favourite Radiohead album! That being said, it got me into them properly, blew my mind as a 15 year old, so I have it to thank for that. And it flows really well from track to track, with not a weak one on here. _________________ Top 40 Greatest Music Albums by indieshins

This is one of the greatest albums ever. Period.
It was also the album that introduced me to Radiohead and by doing so it broadeded my musical horizons probably more than any other album and for that I am eternally grateful. It is however not my favourite Radiohead album (eclipsed by In Rainbows), but it still sits comfortably in my all time top 10.
About the album itself - the first 6 songs are probably the strongest 6 six song run and probably the best A side of any album ever. 4 od those 6 songs are monumental masterpieces, and nothing can compare with that. The B side, even though pretty good on its own, definitely pales in comparison, so the relative weakness of the B side is this albums only flaw. _________________ All time

I thought the singles from this album were too depressing when this album came out, so I didn't listen to it till years later
I had loved The Bends. And still do
But it was years later till I got round to listening to OK Computer
I loved it, it surprised me how much
OK I was depressed at the time so maybe that helped but this is more than just a depressing record
It's got life in it
Airbag is feisty and has a lot of hope
Let Down is just gorgeous
yes it has some sadness in it but doesn't life?
and I'd always loved albums like Disintegration by The Cure
this album soars and is angry and sad in places too
but it has a lot of grit and human spirit in it
an all-time favourite now
