Jesus Jones, which should be known I like them by now. Particularly good electronica from them are February (off their 4th album Already), Motion (also from Already), all of their 3rd album Perverse (especially The Devil You Know, Zeroes and Ones, Magazine, The Right Decision, and Idiot Stare), and b-sides Natural State of Gray and Change of Seasons.
Also like some of Tricky, Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy, Crystal Method. Pop Will Eat Itself is a little more sampling than pure electronica, but close enough, and they're great at it. Really like Gary Numan, going old school. I'm willing to bet he's one of the biggest influences on all the groups in the 90s - I know a large number of them contributed to the Gary Numan tribute album (Random) which was a double-CD jobber.
Tops of all, though, is Depeche Mode, particularly pre-90s.
