I never thought I'd see an Iron Maiden album as aotd...
Anyway, this album I've not honestly heard in full. I do have a soft spot for other Iron Maiden from the era - Piece Of Mind and The Number Of The Beast. But my interest in Iron Maiden or really any NWOBHM has been basically zilch for years and years. I don't see that changing anytime soon. _________________ -Ryan

What? At least give it a listen. I mean, you probably won't like it, but to dismiss it as bad when you've never heard is as ignorant and biased as it gets.
This is one of greatest developments of hard rock into heavy metal of all time, and #2 on my Heavy Metal chart for good reason. When it comes to songwriting prowess only Seventh Son and Number of the Beast can really compare from Maiden's discography.

I didn't mean it like that. I was just expressing similar feelings that Cuba was presumably feeling: apathy. It's not like I hate Iron Maiden, I don't hate them at all. I know I haven't heard the album, I could see myself listening to it sometime in the future, it's just something that I feel like is not particularly important right now. _________________
