I think Pink Floyd knew they were ruling the world at this point so they think they can say those things. If it was made by a new band of never heards a few lines would not have been taken seriously maybe Think

I don't dislike it much, but the vocals took me out of my emotional stage.

I can't evene remember listening to Welcome to the Machine. Shine on Crazy Diamond is very long song. I think it sounds like Breathe

I really don't like this as much as I used to. Welcome to the Machine and Have a Cigar really bug me big time. Just look at the titles and go fig.

Wish You Were Here, the title track, is beautiful. Honestly it's so great. If that summons the demons then so be it.
