Hey everyone, I'm new to this site and found it while doing some research of the best releases of the 70's. I'm shocked that I didn't see any Little Feat albums turn up anywhere between '70 and '76. What's up with that?

Welcome! Here is the Little Feat page: http://www.besteveralbums.com/thechart.php?b=1765

People have added them to the site but it seems none of the albums are able to reach the top 100 of 1970's right now.

Thanks for your comment. I find that outrageous that none of their records have made it into the top 100, I mean, Saturday Night Fever is there, John Denver is there??? No Feats?! Sacrilige, I say!

If you think that Little Feat deserve more recognition and should be in the site's top 100 of the 70s, then you should make your own chart and put some of their albums on it

I agree...I really like Little Feat, almost enough to put 'Waiting for Columbus" or "Last record album" on my top 50..they were really big in our area in the 70s, but this site is skewed towards indie music only unfortunately, but with more and more new members, we will start seeing a greater representation of all of the great music out there. Although when I look at the "best album" chart, it is pretty inclusive. The only huge void is R/B, a genre that is so influential but ignored here. The membership here is very young, 19-20, and they probably have never heard Little Feat, so if you put them on your chart, chances are they might check it out. Also, spread the word about this site to your friends to get more members here.
