At the moment, you have to go to a separate screen to edit ratings and leave comments (there's a little 'edit' link shown by the side of each album when you are logged in which lets you get to this screen.)
The next site update, which we're working on at the moment, is going to make leaving ratings a bit easier and allow you to rate from the same screen.
Hi magicman1969, sorry you are still getting problems.
There's a drop-down list on the ratings screen and you just pick your rating from the list and click 'Submit'. Do you get an error after clicking 'Submit', or does it happen before?
It would help greatly to narrow the problem a bit and we can investigate further if you could let us know what browser you are using and any error messages you get.
