Anyone notice Amazon's announcement of Amazon Cloud Drive, Amazon Cloud Player for Web, and Amazon Cloud Player for Android?

http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zht...ID=1543596

"These services enable customers to securely store music in the cloud and play it on any Android phone, Android tablet, Mac or PC, wherever they are. Customers can easily upload their music library to Amazon Cloud Drive and can save any new Amazon MP3 purchases directly to their Amazon Cloud Drive for free"

Sounds quite interesting... but not read the small print yet.

EDIT: Thought there'd be something - 5 GB limit and Cloud Player not accessible from outside US.

Interesting idea but both of those limitation are huge. Everything just has to be so U.S.-centric

in fairness, further down the small-print it says "those who purchase an Amazon MP3 album will be upgraded to 20 GB of Cloud Drive space".

So, if I buy one album at a special offer price, will I get 20 GB of space forever? Twisted Evil ...

Not that I can use this space outside the US...

Error: "It appears that you are attempting to use Amazon Cloud Player from outside the U.S. This service is intended for U.S. customers only."

If this service expands into other territories outside US, it could be quite interesting.

My guess is that it is limited to the USA due to copyright, trademark, and distribution rights.
