Totally agree with you, Bod Dylan is soooo overrated. Not even worth the listen. If you like his lyrics, just read them in a lyric site, you don't need his annoying voice to appreciate them.

My sentiments exactly. I feel like I need to just go ahead and forget one album per artist because it looks silly when this and Blonde on Blonde are back and forth from somewhere in my top 20 to not on my list at all. They're both way better and more meaningful to me than just about anything ever.

Not sure if you could possibly be serious. This diss of bod Dylan's voice coming from someone with the tuneless warble of Ian Curtiss featured heavily on his chart. As well as the very similarly gruff voiced stylings of The Tallest Man on earth.

Delicious ear candy beginning to end, I never get tired of it. Even when other artists do his songs, I almost always prefer Dylan's versions.

Calling anything you don't like "overrated" is overrated.

Have to agree. I think there is a raw and honest beauty in Dylan's voice. Especially in the 60's and 70's. He's not as bad a singer as people say. His songs have stood the test of time for a lot more than his lyrics.

The only objective measuring stick for music is the influence it has. If you accept this and can actually call Dylan over-rated with a straight face...OK.
