Dear Santa,

This is my last letter to you. I know you're busy, but you know I've been good for years and years and damn I'm getting old. But listen, Santa, as good as I've been, I haven't gotten a gift from you since I was four-years-old. S'what's up with that? Man, I can forgive. *edit: wit the Atom Smasher and the Grazer, most of these are pretty superfluous now. Ringmods, EQs and the Tensor are all still desirable, but the glitchy is probably all wrapped up now.

obsessive compulsive manic alternative glitch. stutters and stops. st-stutters. stops. and. stops.

i'm talking guitars running through atom smashers, count to 5s, grazers. particles, tensors and shimmering reverbs (supernatural, polara). i'm talking analog rhythm sequencers with ring modulators and gated reverb. i'm talking synthesizers with pitched delay and bitcrush. put your envelope filters all over that bass guitar. throw her outta phase.

stuttering orchestras with violins going full col legno.

lots of reversed stuff. saxophones blaring out of pitch. heavily reverbed backing vocals.

and every once in a while, amidst the beautiful, cacophonic chaos, a melody, clean and pristine, arises from the ashes, pulling all the sounds together into harmony. a crescendo. a bend. and then a drop. a descent back into madness.
