I have now filled out my listing (just below the main list) of all the Classical works I currently think are probably 7.8 or above (probable, not guaranteed). A number of them are probably 8.3-8.7, 8.8-9.2 and perhaps even 9.3+. Some (maybe a small percentage) may end up proving to be 7.3-7.7/10.

They are listed in the section titled: UNDECIDED ON RATING/RANKING BUT PROBABLY 7.8/10+

I will be revisiting and deciding on the "best recordings" for all of these in due time. It's helpful for me, in terms of efficiency, to finally have them all listed in one place, organized by date -- and will also help anyone interested to see the additional 100+ works or so that, most/all of which will end up on this list in the future.

Addition to these (which are the most probable, but not the only remaining possibilities), there are likely to be more 7.8+ works that will come to the fore upon my revisits and plenty that I just haven't heard yet.
