One Hour Artist - Roxy Music
This is only from the first half of their discography, as their second period is much more smooth, and style-wise is very different from this early glam work.

The playlist itself is in two parts, the first half is faster, rockier, more glam-oriented songs while the second half is slower, weirder and features more crooning. I'm not all too familiar with what others consider their popular songs to be, but judging by Spotify listens the list has a good balance.

Songs - 12 | Length - 55 minutes
    Re-Make/Re-Model
    Editions of You
    Out Of The Blue
    Seranade
    All I Want Is You
    Whirlwind
    Virginia Plain
In Every Dream Home A Heartache
    Psalm
    Three And Nine
    Just Another High
    2HB

6. Who Loves The Sun
7. Femme Fatale
8. Beginning To See The Light
9. Sweet Jane
10. Venus In Furs

I did say that I had a Deerhunter one in the works but I guess I'll have to settle with one of their best contemporaries, Grizzly Bear. Up until recently I actually would go on record for making confusion toward them known but now I'm absolutely obsessed with their opulent brand of psychedelic folk & chamber pop. Even though I've come to realization that their sound is intended to have a maturation process with the listener, I've loaded this playlist with their most accessible material (So here's a preemptive apology for deceiving you). This also my second playlist to reach aprrox. 1 hour with its 12 song limit.

Grizzly Bear - 1 Hour Artist Challenge: Playlist

1. Sleeping Ute
2. Two Weeks (Probably a giant note to have this early on to most)
3. Little Brother (Electric)
4. On a Neck, On a Spit
5. gun-shy
6. Ready, Able
7. Knife
8. Cheerleader
9. Yet Again
10. While You Wait For The Others (The preference of mine)
11. Sun In Your Eyes
12. Foreground (The titular line honestly sums up the band quite well)

("Half-Gate", "Southern Point", "Colorado", "Dory", "A Simple Answer" & "Lullabye" were all on here originally)

I finally finished my Deerhunter one, it was taking a toll on me. I honestly would've been quite happy to drop all the tracks from their breakthrough LP, Halcyon Digest or - my personal favourite - Microcastle onto the playlist but I've digressed. Here I believe I've collected some of the best songs from all the available albums on Spotify except Cryptograms, I'm sorry but it's brilliance is in its cohesiveness and not in its standout tracks. Anyway I hope I've done them justice on this one and as equally important, I hope you enjoy it. (approx. 45 minutes)

Deerhunter - 1 Hour Artist Challenge: Playlist

1. Coronado
2. Agoraphobia (Just tell me that riff doesn't sound like "Someday" by The Strokes)
3. Living My Life
4. Neon Junkyard
5. Revival
6. Fluorescent Grey
7. Back To The Middle
8. Helicopter
9. Never Stops
10. Vox Celeste
11. Breaker
12. He Would Have Laughed

(Missing: "Nothing Ever Happens", "Don't Cry", "Snakeskin" & "Desire Lines")
