I know this is a violation of the rules (because they only have 2 LPs & 1 EP) and I know that I only posted another one less than an hour ago but these are fun and Girls was an easy connection for me to make. While putting this together I began to realise that all my previous ones have been from similar sounding bands (i.e. Beach House, Grizzly Bear, Real Estate & etc.) and Girls aren't a deviation, so I guess I'll have to try out something new. Though Girls are a band whose genius usually fades from memory but when I remember, it's quite the rush. (approx. 57 minutes)

I'm back again. And I'm breaking the rules... again. Yes I know, Fleet Foxes only have two LPs & one EP but this seemed like the next step in terms of what artist to curate one for. I don't really need to justify myself like I usually do; you either love Fleet Foxes or you don't. Though last time I did say that I should try something new. Does this count? I highly doubt it. (approx. 55 minutes)

One hour wasn't a challenge for this one.
Limited to Spotify-only songs. (This omits his best albums in my and BEA's opinions.) I did NOT include anything off Reverse Shark Attack because that was really from an earlier band; I DID include the Ty Segall Band album, because it is the same band, only it includes his touring crew.
He has so much music out there that I don't know what songs of his are 'popular' or not, I suspect that most people like me just like most of what he does. He's so prolific that lots of his stuff sounds similar, I tried to find some variation. I also noticed that a high volume of songs start with "one, two, three, four..."

Lol..fair enough...I'm sure a lot of us would like to pretend the last two albums don't exist. Although Indie Cindy ended up growing on me I can't get into Head Carrier despite multiple efforts.
Looking forward to listening to the Ty Segall one when I get a chance. Shame there can't be anything from Manipulator or Emotional Mugger.

Thanks! I liked it too, was a fun one to make.
I do wish that he had Twins, Manipulator, Emotional Mugger, and the new album on Spotify too. I bought the first two, will probably buy the last two too. Hmmm....maybe I see a reason in there...
