The Velvet Underground (Albums with Lou Reed are the only real velvets albums)
NIck Drake
and
Captain Beefheart come to mind
I also think the Beatles are wrong throughout ( i know i really went out on a limb there)
I also think the cannon of the grateful dead is rather underrated.

There's probably no such animal as a perfect discography. Except to the kind of fans who think EVERYTHING their heroes did was great. However, there is ONE type of perfect discography that is rather plentiful; the kind that is perfectly AWFUL. We got that kind coming out the ass.

The Smiths
The Velvet Underground
Tame Impala
... and very likely Fleet Foxes though yet to catch up with their latest
I'd throw in Lamar as well providing Untitled Unmastered doesn't count as an actual album.

Not sure about My Bloody Valentine LordMark...'This Is Your Bloody Valentine' is pretty poor and as much as I love 'Ecstacy' it's far from brilliant.

Nick Drake
Jimi Hendrix Experience
Joy Division
The Smiths

Also a case could be made for:
Kendrick Lamar
Fleet Foxes
Chance the Rapper
Frank Ocean
Bon Iver
Arcade Fire
...ie much easier if you are mid career still...

I'm only referring to the studio albums by these bands, and I for one love Isn't Anything, mbv and, obviously, Loveless.
