Nick Drake, Tame Impala, Joy Division, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Neutral Milk Hotel and Madvillain (I know that's kinda cheating as they only put out one album, but hey, that's their discography) would be my picks.

There has never been a year where Deerhoof released an album that wasn't in my top 10 for that year.

BoC totally would have been my second pick too.

There are plenty of artists where I dig every album they've made, but with these two artists I've come back to every one of their albums numerous times, and will continue to do so in the future, and that's as good a definition of a flawless discography as I can think of.

Totally agree. One of their best imo.

What I can offer up:
The Avalanches (Have they been taken yet?)
Beach House
Deerhunter (Monomania is brilliant, so you know what do with your complaints about the production Wink )
Department of Eagles
Dirty Projectors
Panda Bear

You can't say bands with two albums like joy division and avalanches, not really fair. As has been said nobody has a perfect discography that has gone on for some time, Radiohead being probably as close as you can get. As much as I think the first 2 boards albums proper (and that ep) are incredible, campfire is a big drop off although still very good and the last one starts amazing but then never really hits the heights.
Godspeed is a good shout though and their contempories mogwai maybe. Some rapping people who have a strong back catalogue are the roots and ATCQ. I saw kraftwerk last week, they have a pretty strong discography.

The obvious one have been named. Still I think The Beatles deserve a mention, even their worst albums are decent to good quality.

Tom Waits has also been incredibly solid for a guy with so many albums. Nick Cave too.

I'd say Death. All seven of their albums are worth listening. They never really did the same thing twice, each album explores a new sound in the sub-genre of death metal, which I think doesn't get enough recognition on this site.
