I don't know why, but movies about famous composers are always great. They're always wild and crazy. I've seen these ones and I loved them; I'm not even into classical music, so I don't know why I love these movies so much.
The Music Lovers. ( about Tchaikovsky)
Lizstomania. ( about Franz Liszt)
Eroica. (about Beethoven)
Amadeus. (about Mozart)
Mahler ( about Gustav Mahler)
32 short films about Glenn Gould
Anybody know any more good ones they could recommend? They don't have to be wild and crazy, just movies that you thought were good.

This is one off the greatest True-story (obviously not completely true) movies of all time. _________________ Nothing really matters, anyone can see, nothing really matters, nothing really matters to me.

Yeah. You should check out the other ones I I named. They're so wild. They all have these fantasy nightmare sequences that are like surreal dreams having to do with sex and all kinds of weird shit. Mainly The Music Lovers and Mahler and Lisztomania. Are all by the same director. It makes Amadeus look tame in comparison.

I love Amadeus. Mozart is the G.O.A.T classical composer. I love the scene where Mozart tells Salieri to put a G# in his Requiem somewhere in the score (He's too sick to write) and Salieri is like "wait, don't you mean G" and Mozart says "no G#". What an inspiring genius!"

Surprised Immortal Beloved hasn't been mentioned yet.
Not a great film, but a fantastic Oldman performance. _________________ Nothing really matters, anyone can see, nothing really matters, nothing really matters to me.
