No! lol. Fugazi would crush 'em like a bug. As would Unwound! And Jawbox! As far as the straight-up punk bands that one typically associates with the 90s -stuff like Green Day, NOFX, Bad Religion, Pennywise, etc - I like Jawbreaker the best. By far. Especially their first three albums. (Never could get into their last album for some reason.) Really great inventive songwriting. Definitely worth checking out if you like punk.

Shining Hours In A Can by East River Pipe
Poor Fricky by East River Pipe
A good pair of overlooked indie bedroom pop records - thanks Tilly! I much preferred the comp of his early singles and EPs, which had so many great tunes. While Poor Fricky stayed in the same sweet sonic realm, the songwriting and catchiness wasn't there in the same way. 4/5 and 3.5/5, respectively.
