This is the only Bowie song I care to listen to any more, though occasionally Heroes and Joe the Lion are palatable

In my opinion, the most unique and powerful track in Bowie's discography is Five Years. Just too memorable.
But Queen Bitch, Young Americans and Space Oddity come pretty close.

My first answer would be any 10 songs from The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust but that seems like cheating so I will say:

10. Rock 'n Roll Suicide
9. Aladdin Sane (1913-1938-197?)
8. Ashes to Ashes
7. Heroes
6. Subterraneans
5. Lazarus
4. Golden Years
3. Five Years
2. Sound and Vision
1. Life on Mars?

African Night Flight is actually one of my favorites too. Unlike most people, I like Lodger but don't like scary monsters. Lodger seems like just a much much better scary monsters. But even Bowie fans don't seem to like it much. Really not sure why.
