You specified a house party DJ set, so you can't wrong with any track on these albums. DJing at a club would be a completely different story. At a club I would play Techno or House music, but at a party is different.
And definitely The Logical Song by Scooter, it makes me laugh so much and will get anyone with a sense of humour and a heart to party in the mood!
Also these disco songs:
Van McCoy - The Hustle
Donna Summer - I Feel Love
Joe Tex - Ain't Gonna Bump No More (With No Big Fat Woman)
Edwin Starr - Contact
George McCrae - Rock Your baby
Carl Douglas - Kung Fu Fighting
K.C. & The Sunshine Band = Get Down Tonight/That's the Way (I Like It)
Bee Gees - Stayin' Alive/ You Should Be Dancing
No point going to a party unless you get maximum wall-to-wall cheese IMO!
Spell on You - Eddie Johns
One More time - Daft Punk
Aerodynamik - Daft Punk
Digital Love - Daft Punk
Music Sounds better with you - Stardust
Lady - Modjo
Because I'm Me - The avalanches
Subways - The avalanches
D.A.N.C.E - Justice

for the encore:
Enjoy yourself / Rock with you / Train in vain
How could I forget One More Time by Daft Punk? One of my favourite club hits ever.
Add a little bottom, so the dancers just won't hide.
Some good talk to make it easier to move your feet.
idk - trying to remember that part from memory.
But seriously - I can't not want to get up and dance when I listen to them. I don't know why it's so infectious. Even dance music can't do that for me, which is a bit ironic, right?

It's not ironic because that was the dance music of it's day. That's what people danced to in the 60s. My favorite one is Hot Fun in the Summertime, even though it's not quite as dance-y. But just as infectious though.
