New Iceage May 4th Cool Could end up being a strong year for rock.

Also, these two early tracks have me super hyped for Janelle Monae's upcoming.

Indeed the first two preleased tracks of the new Iceage album are great.

And then there's that out-of-the-blue new Dinosaur Jr song Hold Unknown made available via Amazon Cloudfront not available in Belgium but I found it on Youtube: again a typical shredding J Mascis song and it seems to be unclear if this is a first single of a new upcoming album.

just in case it's not yet on everyone's radar, Quelle Chris and Jean Grae (aka one of the best rappers of recent years and one of the best rappers of ever, respectively) in addition to getting married are working on a collab album together, and the two singles out so far are absolutely stellar. Would not be surprised if this is an early AOTY for me

looks like it's coming out march 30 and I'm way hype.

They've got a video out featuring Eric Andre and Hannibal Buress and it's pleasantly off in all the right ways
