My favorite Maiden album, a great journey between the good and the evil.

I love seeing how the stature of this album has grown over the years. When first released, it was considered too synth-y and not worthy of Maiden, but I disagreed. I found to to be chock full of excellent songs, delivered exceptionally well, and more demonstrative of the musical diversity Maiden could offer. As time goes by, it seems more and more are coming to appreciate all this album has to offer. Sadly, it would be the last of their consecutive run of great albums.

Absolutely true. It's the best album they've ever done. _________________ All time

Brave New World (2000) was an excellent return to form. It was also a return to the classic lineup plus a third guitarist.
The most recent studio release, Book of Souls (2015) is also quite good, but it's a sprawling double, not as easily digested.
