Non-English music albums

Music in English has been pretty ubiquitous for decades now. I'm Spanish and here, half of the music you hear on the radio is in English, and most of my favourite albums are from the UK and the States, but I guess that listening to foreign music isn't as common in English-speaking countries. Am I wrong? Do you guys listen to music in other languages? If you do, what are your favourite foreign-language albums?

I love the Gypsy Kings and Santana. Especially the cover of Hotel California the Gypsy Kings did for the Big Lebowski soundtrack. I have that on my iPod. Plus Julio and Enrique Iglesias are great to listen to. Their Spanish stuff. It sounds v romantic.

Also there is this very cool French album I love called Samedi Soir de la Terre by Francis Cabrel (Saturday Night on Earth). Its brilliant.

Then there's classical music. That comes in a variety of languages.

I think you don't need to understand the language to appreciate great music. Languages were never my forte but I have this desire to one day learn a different language or two.

Harmonium is a great progressive rock act from Canada with 3 great albums all worth checking out. They are all in french.

I'd recommend this one to start off with:

For the last several years the best deep house and Tech house and some techno has been from Spain. So I listen to a lot of Spanish music, even though about half of the time it doesn't have any lyrics. But when they do they're usually sung in Spanish by Spanish singers.
I especially like Chus & Ceballos, Oscar L, John Talabot, Coyu, David Herrero, Ivan Pica, DJ Pepe, Oscar Molero.
